I had a PL which due to the fault of the Loaning Authority/company was not cleared and they did not call/communicate, later the ecs started and i have cleared all the dues , though i had to send mails and call the customer care repeatedly.

As a customer i was not at fault but due their lack i am suffering as my credit score has reduced than the basic level for Loaning. I am in need of a Loan at present, but am not able to get it due to this.

Please suggest what is to be done.
